How to Become a NERC site

In order to become an approved NERC site you must fill out the attached application.

Here is a quick checklist of requirements to see if you meet the initial criteria:

___ CNME-approved residency

___ At least 5 years in practice

___ Have been in current location and current business model for at least 3 years

___ Member of AANP & State Association

___ Schedule includes at least 1/2 day per week of external rotations.
